Miami, 1991. When his bloodthirsty urges can no longer be ignored, young Dexter Morgan must learn to channel his inner darkness as he goes from student to avenging serial killer with the guidance of his father, Harry. Christian Slater is older than James Remar when Dexter (2006) first aired. Followed by Dexter: Resurrection (2025). This is really great. I’m on the third episode and I’m loving it so far. It has an early season Dexter vibe and the cast is really good. It’s been a long time coming and I’m surprised at how many people I recognize. Young, goofy Dexter is great and it’s fun to watch him transform into the Dexter of season one. It actually takes off after the final season of Dexter, so if you haven’t seen that, be prepared for immediate spoilers when you start this. They’re advertising that this is actually leading into something called Dexter Resurrection coming out in the summer. Some people think Dexter should die, but I love this new journey and can’t wait to see more. Can’t wait for the next episode!. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
