I thought the first film was innovative and had an amazing and uniquely dark tone throughout. I’m really glad they did this, but I still didn’t like it. At the beginning of the movie, people were screaming and cheering, but at the end, everyone just walked out like any other movie. Still a good number of gory kills, but it always felt like something was missing or lacking. Also the mother’s horrible behavior hahahaha. Thanks for the memories, I hope there will be a third one and it will get the original feeling back!
